What are the service hours?
We are available from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For emergency service, we are active 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
How do I book an intervention?
You can book by calling +39 051 234 5678 or filling out the form at www.climacare.example/prenota. Please provide address, number and brand of the units, type of intervention, and preferred day.
What to do in case of unforeseen events during the intervention?
You can reschedule or cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. After this period, a fee of 30 euros will be charged for missed intervention.
What is included in ordinary maintenance?
Ordinary maintenance includes filter cleaning, battery, condensate drain, functionality test, and completion of an intervention report.
How long does a maintenance intervention last?
A maintenance intervention takes 45 to 60 minutes per unit.
What to bring for the intervention?
Ensure there is free access to the internal and external units, available electricity, and, if possible, a water tap. Pets should be in a separate room.
How to cancel an appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before. After this period, a fee of 30 euros will be charged for missed intervention.
What to do if the air conditioner is leaking water?
Turn off the unit, place a cloth underneath, and call for a check: cleaning the drain is part of ordinary maintenance.
